How it Works

1. Click on ‘Buy Now’ and browse through the various body themes we have available for your bobble buddy creation
2. Select the body that you like, attach a photo, select the store location that you would like to pick your bobble buddy up at, and complete the payment information
3. You will receive a digital proof in your email  within a week. Here you will be given access to a  panel screen where you can ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ what you see. If you decline simply indicate what you want to see changed. We will repost a proof within a few days. The first proof you receive will be the unpainted clay mold that is still soft and that we can make amendments to should you require. Once you are happy click on ‘accept’ and we will send you a painted proof 10 days afterwards. Again you can ‘accept’ or ‘decline’. Please note at this stage the head is a hard polyresin and we can only amend colours not the facial structure any longer.
4. After accepting the final proof, the bobblehead will be ready for pick up at the store you selected when placing your order within 10 days. The end-to-end production time is 4 weeks on average, but will vary depending on the changes you request during the proofing stage

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - The picture you attach must be under 500 kb or it will freeze the order page and your order will not go through. We spend many days sculpting the head based on the photo you provide. Please ensure you select the photo carefully as the photo cannot be changed and the purchase is non-refundable. We sculpt the hair and facial expression according to the photo submitted. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly. Check and double check this. Your proofs are sent here and if you do not receive proofs within the first week it means you likely entered the incorrect email. Also if you have your SPAM filter on please turn it off or monitor your SPAM folder since our database sends proofs automatically which might be flagged as SPAM. Please note that Bobbleheads are comical renditions of the person and are intended to be funny caricatures not wax model replicas.
